Zoe is a Clinical Psychologist who has experience working with children, adolescents and adults.
Zoe's approach and therapy style are summarised below:
“My focus is on creating a safe and non-judgemental environment to facilitate the development of a strong therapeutic relationship. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process between the client and therapist, in addition to client centred. As such, I am open to feedback and flexible in my therapeutic approach to meet my client’s needs.
I have experience working with clients with a range of psychological concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, substance use problems, social difficulties, anger management issues, parenting difficulties and behavioural issues in children.
I use a variety of evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and attachment-based therapy.”
