Lacey is a Registered Psychologist who works with  adolescents (12yrs+) and adults.

My aim is to provide a safe and collaborative space to support each client reach their goals. My approach is trauma informed and client centred, placing you and the therapeutic relationship at the heart of treatment.  

 

I completed my Master of Psychology (Professional) at Curtin University and have worked in various organisations supporting children and adolescents experiencing trauma from abuse, adults navigating complex life circumstances, and individuals struggling with their own or others substance use.   

I have experience working with young people (12 years +), adults, and groups across a range of presenting issues, including:  

  • Depression and Anxiety 

  • Substance use  

  • Self-harm  

  • Suicidal ideation  

  • Trauma and adjustment related concerns  

  • LGBTQI+ concerns  
     

I utilise a range of evidence-based interventions to best suit the needs of each client, including:  

  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)  

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)  

  • Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) skills  

  • Interpersonal Therapy (IPT)  

  • Motivational Interviewing  

  • Schema Therapy.
