Since 2009, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, families and groups across diverse clinical settings, including alcohol and other drug services, family and domestic violence, early childhood programs, mental health sub-acute facility, and most recently as a school psychologist.
I provide a safe, warm and non-judgemental therapeutic space. I support clients experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, separation and divorce, behavioural and relationship difficulties, and perinatal emotional health concerns. My approach is compassionate, collaborative and down-to-earth, and I enjoy supporting people work towards meaningful change.
I have a particular interest in the parent–child relationship and recognise that when a child is struggling, the whole family is impacted. I work closely with parents and caregivers to support children and adolescents with emotional, behavioural and relational challenges, ensuring parents feel heard and supported. As a Circle of Security Parenting Practitioner, I draw on attachment-based principles to strengthen connection and emotional regulation. My work integrates attachment theory with evidence-based approaches, including psychodynamic, schema, family systems and cognitive behavioural therapies, within a flexible, trauma-informed framework.
